Francesca Antonucci Joins NPNO’s Special Education Consortium (SpEC) As A Co-Chair

Francesca is a passionate special education leader in New Orleans public schools. NPNO is excited to announce, that along with Brittney Robins, she will be co-chairing the Special Education Consortium (SpEC). Her leadership will ensure that NPNO remains closely connected to the needs of our schools and students with disabilities.

Francesca Antonucci is the Director of Student Support at Livingston Collegiate Academy. In her role she works to ensure that all students receiving special education and intervention services reach their individualized and rigorous goals across a range of diverse learner programming. Francesca has 8 years of experience working to empower students with disabilities in both elementary and high school to ensure they have choice and opportunity in their post secondary outcomes. She is committed to creating spaces where teams work together to create equitable spaces for all individuals. Prior to joining Collegiate Academies, Francesca was a founding teammate at an elementary charter school where she taught for three years and was an assistant principal for two years. She received her Masters in Teaching from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in upstate NY and was a Teach for America Corps Member in Greater New Orleans. (August 2019)
